We had a fairly normal week! I won’t say it was easy…it wasn’t. We had some adjustment issues and I am sure we will next week too, but I expected it. It does feel so great to be back to mom and teacher though!
His new trays, finally… We began our week with school outside, he chose dino stickers first… then it was onto his Vehicles Stamp Set…We came in and he chose Automoblox…
Then we read 2 books, in honor of our Pond Theme…in prep to make our turtles. We read Splash!, and The Foolish Tortoise -Krash LOVED these books! Then we painted our turtle shells. I was sad K wasn’t into painting very much, he barely got one brown streak on the shell…He enjoyed decorating the turtle body much more…The next day we read the books again (and again, many other times, like I said he really liked these books a lot!)and added our turtles to our pond… He worked on this new puzzle (cheap consignment sale find, similar to this one), which was great for counting…He LOVED this activity-Qtips into the parm container. He even went and got a bowl and dumped them into it and served us our spaghetti!!! Of course there was tons of Ladybug lovin too…

Tools for Tots HERE
If you have a tot (approximately ages 1-3) at home, join in the fun and share what you’re doing with your tot! Here’s how to get started if you’re new…
If you’ve never read this: Go HERE 1st for more details– please do!!! Then if you have any ideas you’d like to share, link up your exact post to Mr Linky (if you have questions about how to do that, let me know in a comment or email-links to homepages will automatically be deleted).
New: when you add your name(blog name) to Mr. Linky will you put your tot’s age (in months) after it, like this: 1+1+1=1 (34 mos)? I think this will help new readers a lot as they look for ideas for their specific aged tot!
If you are unsure of how to add your direct link to Mr Linky-I added a tutorial with photos here, scroll down to see it!
