Would you believe I strongly dislike science? It’s true.
Then why did I develop an entire section of free science printables? Why am I sharing parts of the brain worksheets today?
I create to learn.
When I create a printable, it forces me to learn about that topic. I create to learn, and then I share – with my kids and you! Many of our printables are in “poster” form to be displayed during a science unit to help with memory. I need them as much as my kids and I hope they help you too!
Today I am sharing a free life science printable set based on the human brain! This was inspired by my daughter’s current learning in her life science curriculum.
BRAIN WORKSHEETS
In this free life science printable pack you’ll find the following:
- brain vocabulary
- brain parts {easier}
- brain parts {harder}
- label the parts of the brain {easier}
- label the parts of the brain {harder}
- color the parts of the brain {easier}
- color the parts of the brain {harder}
I create simple science printables, outlining a specific topic visually. A simple diagram, a labeling activity, and vocabulary cards to accompany whatever science curriculum you are using. Please keep in mind, I am not a science teacher, I am just a homeschool mom who is learning by creating! If you ever notice an error, please let me know!
Parts of the brain included:
- Easier version:
- cerebrum
- cerebellum
- brainstem
- Harder version:
- frontal lobe
- temporal lobe
- occipital lobe
- parietal lobe
My daughter is memorizing the basic parts of the brain right now, so she is using the worksheets you see below. I use these dry erase markers for coloring, these dry erase sleeves and Vis-a-Vis markers for word writing.
