We had a fun weekend traveling to Florida for one of K’s gymnastics meets! We like going south for meets in the middle of winter! His competition was at the ESPN Wide World of Sports on Disney grounds. We all thought the place was pretty cool!
As you can see, my husband is still recovering from his injuries and uses his wheelchair when we go long distances. He had a bit too much fun popping wheelies on the way in. Oh, and yes ~ we made him carry all of our stuff!
Watching my boy compete is such fun. He loves the competition side of gymnastics, which makes it enjoyable for all of us! Again, his top event was pommel horse you can see a small video clip here on Instagram!
We didn’t go to Disney World but enjoyed walking around at Downtown Disney one afternoon. The Lego store was the biggest hit.
Oh, and they got to swim in January! What fun! This day it was only 65 but the pool was heated so they were in! I certainly was not in, but had fun watching them!
