Instagram has been much more fun to look back through this past week!  Spring is popping up down here in the south and I LOVE it! I am a warm weather girl and my heart soars when the sun is shining! I love how quickly things change down here.  My last post shared our snow play!

 

The Yard

Man I love our yard.  Just having a yard is such an amazing gift to us.  We are still in awe of the beauty, especially now that spring surprises are popping up!  The previous owners planted some beautiful flowers that are blooming right now! 

 

My kids have that outdoorsy smell most of the time now and I love it!

 

Such a different life than they’ve lived until now! 

 

Happy 16 Years

We celebrated 16 years of marriage last week and enjoyed a night out to dinner together thanks to my mom babysitting.  It was so relaxing and nice to be out together. So very thankful for what God has done in our marriage and that we continue to add years to the tally! Spring time is a busy season for us with our anniversary kicking off the celebrations.  All of our kids have spring birthdays

 

Birds

We have birds!  Lots of birds!  We finally got our bird feeders hung and put them right outside our schoolroom window.  Thankfully the birds don’t seem too scared of us and are frequent visitors!  All of these photos were taken through the window, as we learn to identify our bird friends.  Bird watching has become a very popular activity in our home! The kids are getting bird journals, more bird books, a birdbath, a birdhouse, and maybe another feeder for their spring birthdays!
