Welcome to March! The month that comes in like a lion and leaves like a lamb! It sure has done that this year! It’s been a bit frigid here (for the south!) the past couple of days and I am definitely ready to get back to warmer temps! This coming Saturday, March 11th, is National Johnny Appleseed Day! John Chapman (his given name) is celebrated for planting apple (and pear) orchards all across the northwestern United States. In honor of this day you and your Tot could eat an apple, make applesauce, or do apple prints! Whatever you choose to do don’t forget to link up to the Gathering Place so we can all share in your experience!
