~Ladybug is currently 36 months old~
In honor of our new kitty, Stella, we had a CAT theme for our school week! We used resources mostly from my Cats Preschool Pack, and Cc is for Cats from Tot School Printables {reviewing, as she has used these before}. I also made a Pinterest board with our other fun Cat finds!
She traced letters, it was her first choice!
She played the graphing game for the first time with me and loved it! She wanted to fill in the whole sheet, so we did!
She put her easy reader together with me, gluing the colored yarn in the book!
She dot painted a kitty…
We also worked together with Krash to make a fun easy reader based on the book, Cookie’s Week…
Special Note: Please read my post about Following the Child’s Lead if you have a tot and need info about this. All tots are different and what Ladybug is doing may not be appropriate for your child, even if s/he is the same age!
Since we are working with rhyming words in All About Reading, I brought out our rhyming word puzzles. We did these together with Krash too.
She LOVED the book, “How to Build an A” it was the first time I had done it with her in a long time! I am glad I got it out!
This was the first time she worked with my Pom Pom Numbers and she loved them!
A little Mr Potato Head fun…
Big girl can now handle having all of the letter puzzles spread out at one time without getting overwhelmed. She sat and put them all together!
Free painting, and tons of color mixing!
Spying letters on her All About Reading ABC chart…
Here she was reading Bedtime Story…
See all of our iPad app recommendations and other iPad info here!
We are using the 1st What’s In the Bible DVD right now and we watched it 3 times together last week. We are using their flashcards and coloring sheets too. Ladybug LOVES Mike-the little boy at the beginning, and she just giggles and giggles at him!
Here she was coloring a page from the Adam and Eve story, she ended up coloring the entire thing blue
If you don’t have What’s in the Bible DVDs, you can get them on the What’s in the Bible website here and get free shipping with orders over $15, and use the code ESTHER to get $5 off right now!
PacMan took this while we were working together, she was “stealing” the letter pieces from me.
