Moments to Remember

 

Moments to Remember was developed as a simple way to look back on our week as homeschoolers and find photos that encompass the memories we want to remember.

The week may have been tough, there may have been more bumps than smiles, but in the end these are the moments that keep us going, the ones we need to remember.

Ladybug wrote her name on her own for the first time, without prompting or help!  She even used a capital letter at the beginning as you can see, and then wrote the rest correctly {which is not shown below, this was a mid-way shot}!  She was also coloring one of her VERY favorites, Buck Denver from What’s in the Bible.  She has colored all of the characters at least twice!

 

Art, oh how I dislike art.  BUT,  I am turning over a new leaf.  We are currently reviewing Home Art Studio and did our first project together, creating a tertiary color wheel.  The JOY in my boys was tremendous!  I even stayed remotely calm during the entire messy process!  More to come on the Home Art Studio program, promise!

 

 

Stella the kitten is providing many moments during our homeschool day.  She is a snuggler and is very sleepy during the day and will let the kids do whatever with her.  I thought PacMan might pass out from JOY when she curled up next to him as he was reading!

 

Stella LOVES our beanbags, we often find her like this, much of her time is spent watching the kids too, it’s so cute!

 

This is the house they made for Stella, complete with a big screen tv.  She slept in the house for hours, needless to say-the kids were thrilled!
