Tot School ~ Letter S

Here is her desk set-up for letter S. I added her squirrel, and some letter fun, featuring the letter S using our Letter Construction set, our alphabet peg set, and our Alphabet Soup S Can.

The printable items are all available here on the Animal ABCs webpage. {files are released for free when they are posted on the Totally Tots blog for the ABC feature, letter S is not free yet, but it will be once it is posted on Totally Tots!}.

Here are some Letter S and Squirrel ideas for you…

 

This week we colored shapes together and then cut them up to play hide and seek!

We take turns hiding them, until I force us to stop.  I do believe she would play this game all day long.

 

She chose finger paint for her letter craft this week…

She cut her own squirrels!

She finger painted the ones we had finger paint for, and then we switched to brushes for the rest.

 

Here she is working on Letter Ss Dot Fun, we she used our gem magnets. This set is included in the Animal ABC Bundle, or you can purchase the set as a stand alone set for $1.25 on Teacher’s Notebook.

These blocks are still a major favorite with all 3 kids.

She finally tried to lace by herself after years of me presenting it to her!

She loves putting the tiny things in the curves and pull them out,

Letter S Alphabet Soup…

Building a lizard with her Magnetic Pattern Blocks…

Got out our pattern block pattern cards and she loved them!

Playing Cookies on a Plate…

We had lots of fun with our ABC peg set.

We got out our box of small animals and matched tons of them up with their beginning sound!
