As you may know, I will be speaking at 3 out of the 4 Teach Them Diligently Conventions this spring! I will be attending in Nashville, Spartanburg, and Washington D.C. {my family will join me there!}. The focus of my talks will be all centered around my passion ~ early childhood education at home!

Why should you come to Teach Them Diligently?
The point of Teach Them Diligently is to encourage and renew the vision of Christian homeschooling which is to disciple your children and equip them to go into the world and glorify God. It is the Gospel that makes us distinctive. After almost three years, Teach Them Diligently Conventions has ministered to thousands of families, and we feature some of the testimonies we have received on the front page of our website. One of my favorite testimonies from an attendee in Omaha in 2013 was that the "place was thick with the Gospel." Another favorite of mine would be from a father in Spartanburg in 2012 that proclaimed that the event was "like a revival." Many of the families say that Teach Them Diligently is the best homeschooling convention they have attended.
As parents, our effort should center in preparing our children to go out and make a difference in the world and proclaiming the Gospel in word and deed. Our Gospel focus is the reason that even many non-homeschooling families also feel comfortable at Teach Them Diligently. There are many different reasons homeschoolers start the journey of home education. Far too often once we get into this adventure, we put our faith in some method that promises it will make our children smarter, more capable, or more "Christian." However, at Teach Them Diligently the method of homeschooling is secondary to the foundation. Academics will be well represented along with instruction on methods, strategies, and how-tos for teaching and organization like you would find at other homeschool conventions. However, what is different about Teach Them Diligently is this commitment to the authority of the Scriptures and centrality of the truth of the Cross. The foundation is the Grace of our Father and the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
Teach Them Diligently will have many great speakers. Pam Tebow, Stephen Kendrick, Ken Ham, Voddie Baucham, Todd Friel, Sally Clarkson, and many others have or will speak for Teach Them Diligently. Plus we offer an exciting children’s program, teen program, men’s breakfast, robotics classes and Getting Started Homeschooling Track. This event is built for the entire family, not just Moms. It is a family discipleship and homeschool convention built on the Gospel because we believe families need this foundation, but we also believe that the families of America is where revival will start. If you have come before, come back! Refreshment, Renewal, Revival–they need to happen constantly. We hope to see you in 2014!
