Not familiar with Ivy Kids Kits?
Ivy Kits are a monthly educational subscription for children ages 3-8 developed by early childhood teachers with children of their own. You can tell these kits were developed by people who truly know young kids. The activities are awesome. Not only can you subscribe to a monthly kit, you can also buy past kits.
Each Ivy Kit contains instructions with ways to modify games to best suit each individual child and provide adults with questions to structure a child’s learning. There are enough games and materials in each kit to engage and cognitively stimulate a child throughout the month and can be replayed for years to come.

This kit features the heart-warming book Is Your Mama a Llama? by Deborah Guarino. This classic children’s book about a llama looking for his mama has humorous rhymes and riddles that children will enjoy. This kit contains over 10 science, math, art, literacy, and engineering activities inspired by the story.

If you’ve been following along, you know I am teaching two young students right now. Read all about that adventure here! My two students also have two siblings who joined in on our Ivy Kids Kit fun! Since my own youngest child is getting too old for Ivy Kids Kits {sniff sniff}, I will be featuring future kits with this awesome family, with kids ages 4, 5, 6, and a sweet baby who tags along!
Crafts are a BIG hit with these kids, they each chose one from the box to complete!
Learning all about llamas together…
Playing games is a great way to get some fun learning in and Ivy Kids Kits provide awesome and simple to use games for kids this age!
Teamwork is something to work on and these sweet siblings used teamwork to work on the llama wreath together!
Not everything from this kit is pictured, they enjoyed more of it and are still enjoying some of it!
