Each week I share 2-3 posts sharing our home preschool learning. This post is only sharing our letter focused work. If we have a theme of the week, it will be a separate post too. All of our general play based learning will be in a final weekly wrap up post called, “Learning with Ladybug.” I am separating out the posts to make them easier for people to find down the road when searching for specific letter/theme activities. Her Letter P ABC Basket…
Our letter P phonics drawer had lots in it. She really enjoys playing with the tiny items, especially when there are a lot!
I set up her puzzles {all apart and mixed up} for her to do one morning, but she found them before bedtime and must have done them because I woke up to this!
CRAFTS
She loves the paint cut and glue crafts from Learn, Create, Love. This week we made the platypus!
PRINTABLES
Below she was finger painting the words that begin with P from the Letter P pack which is available here. This printable pack was given to us from a kind blog reader who also creates printables!
From the same printable set, here she was finger painting the letters…
Also from the same pack, putting simple CVC words together that all begin with P!
ABC Find It! was much more fun when the panda participated!!
Panda also helped her do a letter dig with our mini Letter P items!
Our All About Reading Pre lesson for lowercase was a cute pig with a curly tail and floppy ears! I suggested we put letter P’s on the letter, she voted for Ponies instead, they start with P!
