This is how I believe K feels about his week of Tot School ~On the Road…
He has been with his wonderful grandparents(both sides) this week down in NC and we have all had a blast! Here’s some of what we’ve done, or at least what I would see as *tot school* real life learning fun!!
A little outdoor physical education with a big open field, a tennis ball, and a Baba…what a great way to learn to throw and catch! We got a hands on transportation lesson with Baba’s LOUD Harley, K kept saying “cycle on, cycle on” he loved the rumble!!!
He enjoyed playing with many of their toys, especially this train that he likes to take apart and put back together…
And he loved the new ABC game we got him…
He got a new Water Wheel Play Table
for his birthday, it was a BIG hit, I highly recommend this one, especially for the great price!
He really enjoyed my parent’s pool, here he is counting 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 to jump in to Daddy!
And he learned the proper way to eat birthday cake at his Nemo birthday party on Saturday…
Hope you all had a great week and holiday weekend!
If you’d like to see more Tot School posts, click here. And, be sure to check out the Tot School webpage for more ideas and links. And if you have a tot at home, join in the fun and share what you’re doing with your tot! Here’s how to get started if you’re new…
What are you doing for Tot School lately? Let’s define a “tot” as an 1-3 year old. I would say anything before a formal Pre-K curriculum. You know, the stuff we do with our little ones to provide opportunities to develop their love of learning and maybe teach them a few things. If you have any ideas you’d like to share, link up your exact post to Mr Linky (if you have questions about how to do that, let me know in a comment or email). Provide a link back somewhere in your post to this post so your readers can see other ideas too!
Thats the best way to eat cake, I tell ya!
Love the motorcycle shot! I can remember visits to Grandma and Grandpa’s as soo much fun, all the toys and stuff we hadn’t played with in a while!
Blessings,
Valerie
WOW what great fun Kyle had 🙂
CThat kid is a beautiful as ever! Glad he had a great tot school week on the road. 🙂
Hi! It looks like you had a super week! What a blessing to have TWO sets of wonderful grandparents. What a super week and what special memories!
I will be posting our flower lapbook soon. (I must re-video it as it was too large to then upload) then I will be also posting my ocean links! We go to the aquarium this week, too!!!!

P.S. Are you working on that preschoolers ebook with Angela? She told me that she asked you as well.
Grandparents are awesome! My little guys would kill to get to sit on a motorcycle!!!
Sorry my Totschool post was so late, it was a busy weekend.
What a great visit!!! It looks like the grandparents’ place is a great place to be!!!
It looks like you had a wonderful time with your family. I like Kyler’s Mr. Men t-shirt – cool. The train looks fun to play with. My kids like to play with the grandparents toys, especially when they haven’t seen them in a while.
Take Care
