I have seen these before {years ago when teaching} and was recently reminded of this activity when I saw this adorable Letter A maze on one of my new favorite sites www.Education.com. This version had a few too many letters for Ladybug and since she was my target student I got to work. I actually started the entire process creating just PowerPoint shows, which I am still working on. I then decided to make a printable set also. These are taking me awhile, so I don’t have the entire set done and I don’t know when I will. There is a PowerPoint set in the works too, which will be available to members when it is complete.
I have completed all of the mazes, you can download them individually for FREE here!
There is also a bundled set available in my Teacher’s Notebook Shop, if you want them all in one download.
Here’s a few photos to show you a few various ways you could use them…
Use a cookie sheet and pom pom magnets…
Use the Crayola Dry Erase Center along with thin Expo markers, or a sheet protector. Have an older child write the actual letters…
A younger child could simply color on each of the letters…
If you don’t plan to reuse the same sheet, print in fast draft and use dot paint or tiny stickers…
