Our next Kindergarten Literature Unit Study Printable Pack is ready! I have the rest of my daughter’s year mapped out and hope to make a few more literature unit studies, or at least Kindergarten Printable Packs for her. The literature units take me much more time, but I sure love using them. We will see what unfolds, I’m not promising any more after this, but it is strong possibility!
Mr. Cookie Baker is a favorite book of Ladybug’s, featuring another of her favorites ~ COOKIES! This simple book goes step by step through the cookie baker making and then selling the cookies. You can get the book here!
For each unit, I am selecting Kindergarten math goals from our list. For this unit I chose patterns, , graphing, and coins.
Lots of literacy activities; Letter C sound, sequencing the story, comprehension questions, writing, unscramble the sentence, sight words, color words, and 3-part cards.
The character connection is focused on sharing cookies.
Bible verses are available in a few different formats, choose the one you like best. I chose this verse to go along with sharing cookies, and treating others the way you want to be treated!
I share more ideas here on our Pinterest board for this unit.
