~ Ladybug is 41.5 Months Old ~
We used printables from various sources, mostly the ones shown below {buttons are linked to source}! I also used a few items {coloring sheets mainly since Ladybug LOVES to color} pinned to my Fall Theme Pinterest board!
I set up her area with a fall theme and she loved it. I recreated our fall sensory bin, and added a big scarecrow!
One of her favorite books is The Falling Leaves and the Scarecrow, so I put little magnets on the back of the printables to make story retelling props.
I put all of her fall work, which I gathered from various places online {all linked above} into a Fall Notebook, similar to our Christmas Notebooks from last year. I made the cover quickly and forgot to save it {so, no printable to offer, sorry}. Each day she chose what she wanted to do. Most days she did 4-5 activities, and would have done more if I could just spend my entire day with her! I sorted her notebook into 3 parts, in the front I put coloring pages {not in any sheet protectors}, then I put a section of reusable work {mazes, tracing, etc.}, and then a section just for dot fun printables. Things that were more project natured {cutting, gluing, etc.} I kept separately in a pouch and pulled out for her to choose something when we worked together. Here’s a few photos of things she did.
We used magnets for the first round of roll and graph…
The next day we used dot paint to play again, she loves it!
Her favorite dot fun was definitely the fall tree.
She made a leaf arrangement all on her own to set next to her while she colored her mini leaf colors book.
Cutting, counting and gluing is another very favorite.
She wanted me to hold her papers while she cut them…
After she cut them apart I mixed them all up and had her match them all and glue them on a paper…
Then she wanted to glue on the leftover from her cut-count-glue activity…
She counted and dot painted the correct number, in our mini Fall Counting book. This is the first time she has done this printable and she really liked it!
The girl loves singing and our fall songs were a big hit!
She loved the 1-10 scarecrow puzzle!
Here is some of her fall work all hung up, she loves for me to hang it all up!
